Several times over the years I've had several women get into the bra business because they had been treated for infected breast cysts and their doctors had warned them to find a good support bra or reap the consequences. One girl called me and said her cysts were so infected that her doctor said she would lose her breast if she didn't find good support. So she went looking for really good support and started wearing our bras. By the way, she was a 32JJ (small lady, big chest). Eventually her cysts went away due to her ability to get good circulation into her breasts because of their proper positioning due to her good support bras. Good circulation is very important in breast health. If your breasts aren't positioned and supported correctly, circulation is hindered and lymphatic fluid doesn't flow freely and it's ability to remove bodily toxins is compromised. Anyway, this lady decided because of her experience with her cyst problem that she should go into the bra business. She's been in the business six years. She's one of many that, with good support, have had painful breast cysts go away. Please pass this information on to your friends.
Your breasts should be positioned no more than six inches down from the top of your shoulder. They should be up off your midriff so you don't get yeast infections under your breasts.

EXERCISE BRA BASICS
Anyone who exercises can tell you what they hate: bouncing! It hurts. Consequently, many exercise bras are bought to help with this problem. Problem is, squishing your breasts tightly doesn't eliminate bouncing. In fact, squishing your breasts isn't good for them. You are cutting off good circulation and flattening them like a pancake which can alter their shape but doesn't eliminate the problem. One of the things we do when we fit someone in one of our bras is have them jog in place. Guess what? No bounce. I mean it! The bandarin that holds you up keeps you firmly supported with no squishing. This is your regular bra! You don't need a special exercise bra! All of our bras work the same way. No squishing and more comfort! That's also why I do so many day-long fitting sessions in athletic clubs.

WHERE ARE YOUR BREASTS?
Where should your breasts be positioned? The APEX, or nipple line, is suppose to be located half way between your elbow and your shoulder when wearing a bra (or, approx. six inches down from the top of your shoulder). Why is that? It's because that's where manufacturers of clothing place the darts and design clothes to drape properly. (It's also where your breasts originally started from!) Bringing them up to where they are suppose to be means you will get your midriff back again, which will make you look thinnner! You will find your figure has more definition and your clothes will fit better as well.

BRA SIZING PROBLEMS
Did you know that there is no standardization of sizing between bra manufacturers? What does that mean? It means that a C cup in one company is not the same as a C cup in another company. Besides that, each style fits a different body shape. That's why you have such a hard time fitting yourself. It keeps me in business, though.
